  3. This program is being distributed as "beer-ware."  This means that
  4. you are allowed to use it for a 30 day trial period.  If at the
  5. end of 30 days you wish to continue using it, then you are

  35. HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM
  36.  
  37. This program is an add-on to any Standard Windows Screen Saver.
  38. These are the  screen savers that ship with windows and have
  39. the .SCR extension and that are selectable via the Control Panel
  40. screen saver option.  One handy feature is that if you turn your
  41. monitor off, but leave your computer on, then you will be able to
  42. detect the fact that your machine is still running by looking at
  43. the LEDs on the keyboard.

  45. To install the program, copy ENHANCER.SCR and ENHANCER.HLP to
  46. your windows directory.  Then use the control panel to pick
  47. the "LED & Sound Enhancer" in the Screen Saver group.

  49. Press the Setup... button to configure the wave file to be
  50. played and the pattern that you want to appear on your 
  51. keyboard LED indicators when the screen saver is activated.
  52. There are some default patterns that come with the product
  53. or you can create your own.
  54. You also pick the video portion of the screen saver at
  55. this time, this will be one of the windows screen savers.
